	I was asked to build a 3 legged rocking stool for someone's retirement gag gift. It is simple in nature and made entirely from hard maple
	The chest of drawers was a project made entirely from scratch from a photograph. The carcass is quarter sawn white oak as are the drawer fronts. Drawer sides, backs and bottoms are poplar as is the carcass back and mirror backing. Drawer runners are hard maple with aromatic red cedar dust panels.
	This hall tree was made using plans from American Furniture Design with a few minor changes. The piece is made from quarter sawn white oak and stained a golden oak. The plans called for plywood panels in the lower section but I opted to make my own bead board from the same quarter sawn oak. I also left off the lighting called for in the plans. The hall tree is narrower than noted in the plans to custom fit a particular space.
	Here is the same hall tree with the mirror installed and set in place where it fit perfectly.

	Here is a sofa style table built for use as a computer table for the customers laptop. It was constructed from birch with a honey color stain to match other furniture in the room. On the right is a shallow drawer and on the left is a pull out work surface disguised as a drawer.
	Here is a custom coffee table made from cherry with quarter sawn sycamore inlays on the top. The lower shelf is curly cherry. It was given a hand rubbed oil finish.
